This a recording of the session Tim Nutbeam gave remotely at the Trauma Care Conference in Telford 2015. Tim talks about the concepts that have led to the current practices of extrication, cervical spine immobilisation and logrolls. He explores the evidence base that these concepts have been built upon and talks about some recent work that challenges these concepts. Is this the beginning of the end…..
