Nice study, but few catches. Like blinding not done and the number of patients is too small. But this is comforting to learn that hypotension was not observed in patients of either group.
excellent podcast- high dose GTN infusion has better outcome than low dose GTN for treating pulmonary oedema. Definitely it is a learning point to bring a change in practice.
