A 43-year-old male presents to the emergency department with pain and swelling in his right foot and an inability to weight bear after jumping down from the cab of the truck.
On examination of the right ankle and foot there is diffuse pain along the heel, the lateral aspect of the foot and the lateral malleolus as well as swelling, tenderness and reduced range of movement.
