Case 1

A 20-year-old male is picked up by the police, shouting and wandering in the street. He is partially naked. The police require another crew for back-up to be able to restrain the man in handcuffs and get him into the police van. He is hot to the touch and behaving aggressively.

He is brought to the ED where he is shouting and swearing and requiring physical restraint by four police officers.
