Case 3

A 16-year-old girl with a known food allergy presents having become breathless in a fast food restaurant.  She has been given 0.5mg IM adrenaline by the paramedic crew.

On arrival in ED she has P 105, BP 100/65, RR 30, sats 100% on high-flow O2 and no wheeze. She has an urticarial rash on her upper chest.
