A previously fit and healthy, 35-year-old gentleman presents to the emergency department (ED) with a right sided headache, neck pain with radiation to the back of the neck, photophobia and subjective numbness in the upper arm. He has a history of similar headaches, but no formal diagnosis.
Apart from Blood pressure of 160/95, his initial general physical and systemic examination including neurological examination is normal.
