Presentation

Bradycardia may present as an incidental finding or with symptoms related to hypotension:

• Pre-syncope
• Syncope
• Nausea
• Breathlessness
• Weakness or fatigue

Other symptoms may relate to the underlying cause. May be asymptomatic worsening of angina pectoris or heart failure.
