Lisa is a 40-year-old non-smoker who presents to the ED with a history of a productive cough (green sputum) and general malaise for the last 3 days. Today, she noticed that she was breathless on exercising and reports a sharp left sided chest pain exacerbated by deep inspiration but not movement.
