An 18-year-old man walks into the Emergency Department (ED) complaining of lower back pain radiating to both legs. He fell from a rooftop 35 hours ago whilst intoxicated and is now having difficulty passing urine. He reports that he landed on both of his feet which are now also very painful.
The patient is triaged to the minor injuries unit.
