Case 2

A 40-years-old lady presented to the emergency department with lethargy, fever, productive cough and breathlessness. The past medical history includes SLE and hypertension. Pre-hospital observations are as follows:

PR 132 BP 82/68 RR 32 SaO2 98% on air

The patient became unconscious shortly after arrival and proceeded to cardiorespiratory arrest. CPR was commenced and an echocardiogram was performed during thepulse check. Two views are shown
