A 30 year old man presents to the ED complaining of a sore eye. He says that he has noticed a lump in the right eyelid for the past few days, which has gradually increased in size. He feels well in himself, but wanted it seen to before going on holiday. He is otherwise entirely fit and well, on no medication, and with no allergies. Examining him, you find his observations and capillary blood glucose are normal, as is his visual acuity.
