Great learning case

I don’t think hypopyon is more common than ciliary flush in anterior uveitis. Hypopyon is, as stated, a late and rare complication. Good case, the important thing for trainees is how to differentiate this from acute conjunctivitis.

The question asked what was most diagnostic, not which feature was most common.
