Patient 2 is a middle aged man who has fallen from a 1 metre wall and has somehow injured his ankle and foot. The exact mechanism of injury is uncertain. There is an obvious deformity in the region of the ankle/hindfoot or midfoot, but it is not possible to give an exact diagnosis in this patient without careful clinical examination and x-rays.
