You have attended the scene of a house fire 17 mins away from the local major trauma centre as TD 0542. Mary was asleep upstairs when a fire broke out in the house. The Fire and Rescue Service were summoned and a 48-year-old woman was carried out of the house. She had evidence of inhalation of smoke and airway burns and was in respiratory distress. She was intubated at the scene. Her latest observations are RR12 Sats 97% on 100%, HR 90 BP 122/86. She has estimated 40% burns that has been treated with clingfilm.
