A 16-year-old girl attends her GP surgery with new onset of headache and vomiting. There is no history of recent travel or diarrhoea.
She has a past medical history of dysmenorrhea.
The patient is on combined oral contraceptive pill, which was started 14 days ago for dysmenorrhea.
Physical examination and observations are normal.
