Finally, patients may present with the consequences of acute dystonic episodes such as:

Chipped teeth (Fig 7)
Temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dislocation
Tongue injuries (Fig 8)
Respiratory distress secondary to pharyngeal muscle involvement
