A 31-year-old man attends the Emergency Department (ED) two days after returning from a holiday in the Gambia. He has a pustule on his scalp which he first noticed a few days ago. He is concerned because he can now feel something moving within the pustule.
On inspection he has a 1cm diameter pustule on his scalp.

By looking at the gross appearance of this pustule is not easy to diagnose! But once you feel something moving in it, you should suspect live organism like larvae or such diagnoses
