- Move to resus area
- Intravenous access with two large cannula
- Activate major haemorrhage pathway if clinically indicated
- Urgent Gynae referral19,26, 27

Consider a retained clot causing vagal stimulation and cervical shock in patients with persistent shock. The clot can be visualised and removed with a speculum.
