A 60-year-old female was brought in by ambulance to the Emergency Department (ED) with sudden onset palpitations that developed while at work.
The patient appeared well on arrival and denied any additional symptoms including chest pain, dizziness, dyspnoea, or syncope.
The patient had no significant past medical history and took no regular medications.
Initial observations: HR 165, BP 140/95, SPO2 98% air, RR 20.
