Clinical Case 2

A 52-year-old farmer presented with a deep cut to his right forearm.

He had fallen off his tractor about 2 hours earlier and sustained a deep laceration (8X2 cm) to his right lower forearm from the tractor blade.

He finds it difficult to hold onto object with his right hand. Close inspection of his wound shows a retracted white-like band within his wound bed.

He is right hand dominant with background history of DM and Epilepsy.
