Adequacy
As in the adult, you should ensure that the entire cervical spine from the occipital condyles to the top of T1 is visible
Alignment
The same lines should be drawn as in the adult spine:
- Anterior aspect of the vertebral body
- Posterior aspect of the vertebral body
- Spino-laminar line
- Spinous process line
