Introduction

Four main causes of a regular broad complex tachycardia:

1. Ventricular tachycardia (VT)
2. Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT) with bundle branch block (BBB) – this is sometimes called SVT with aberrancy/SVT with aberrant conduction
3. Sinus tachycardia with BBB
4. Atrial flutter with BBB
