Clinical Case
You review Jenny, an 87-year-old with no immediate family who has been brought in by ambulance as a neighbour was concerned that he hadn’t seen her in three days. She has a background of dementia and breast cancer and has been admitted to the hospital three times in the past year with chest and/or urosepsis.
When you review her, she is thin, febrile, confused and hypotensive, with symptoms and signs again consistent with urosepsis.

Very good module. Makes you consider the importance of palliation.
Very informative module supporting current practice
