Introductory Case Part 2

You speak to Adele and she tells you that she has to go home because she has a Skype conversation with her daughter in Australia this evening.  She doesn’t want her daughter to worry about her; if she isn’t there when her daughter calls, it will cause her daughter a great deal of distress. You explain the risk of delaying diagnosis and treatment.  Adele tells you that she is willing to come back in the morning but insists that she must go home immediately if she is to be in good time for the call.
