Case 1

A 54-year-old man presents to the ED complaining of episodes of severe dizziness.

A set of observations has been performed:

  • Pulse 50 bpm
  • BP 125/85 mmHg
  • O2 sats 98%

A junior member of the team has seen the patient and thinks the patient has vertigo and nystagmus, but is unclear of the diagnosis.
