A 30-year-old previously healthy male presents to your Emergency Department with syncope while on a treadmill. He last remembers that he was running and collapsed without any prodromal symptoms. On arrival his observations were within normal limits. His cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological examinations were all normal. His routine blood tests including troponin are unremarkable.
