A 30-year-old previously healthy male presents to your Emergency Department (ED) with syncope while on a treadmill. He last remembers that he was running, then he collapsed without any prodromal symptoms. On arrival his observations are within normal limits. His cardiovascular, respiratory and neurological examinations are all normal. His routine blood tests including troponin are unremarkable.
